Our mission is simple: "I must be about my Father's business." Our desire is to introduce the world to the kingdom of God, in all its fullness.
Hi. My name is Jeanita Jinnah (Ja-nita Jin-NAH). I love the presence of God. I am strengthened and enriched, immensely, by spending time in His presence. The things I share in this blog are timely, revelatory, and I believe inspired by God. I love talking about God. And I welcome and encourage you to share your comments, and your personal stories about your relationship with God. So, let's talk! I'm so glad you decided to drop by our humble site today. This all started when I would take a "prayer journal" (a.k.a. notepad) with me when I would go to my favorite place to pray. I found myself recording in my journal the praise, thoughts, and revelations that would flow out of my time spent with God in prayer. By the way, I would define my "style" of praying as one where I don't do all the talking. I prefer, instead, to listen. God's voice is much clearer when we go before Him with an attitude of surrender, and a desire to hear His voice. Over time, I amassed such an inspirational, and spiritually enlightening, collection of material in my prayer journal that I wanted to share some of these things with others, so I started a blog: Why Not Serve Him (now, OnOurWay2Heaven.com).
ARE YOU A BELIEVER?
Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God." -John 3:5
WHAT WE BELIEVE
†We believe that God is the Creator, and sustainer, of the universe. We believe that Jesus Christ is the manifested Son of God, the first-begotten of the Father. We also believe that Jesus Christ died, and subsequently rose from the grave, with all power in His hands. †We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God, as given to man by divine revelation. It is the responsibility of the body of believers - the church - to be the "pillar and support of the Truth" (1 Timothy 3:15), therefore the church is to uphold the word of God, and esteem it as the breath (the essence) of God. †We also believe that there will be a resurrection of the church (commonly called "the rapture"), when Jesus will return to earth to gather His church, and they will reign with Him for eternity.†
